During onboarding, new franchisees receive extensive training and other ongoing support systems, including success coaches, regular webinars, weekly email newsletters, a proprietary online business management website, and an Annual Franchise General Meeting. A Franchise Advisory Council also consults on all franchise-related decision-making.
